So, what have I been up to? Well from a LOTRO perspective, I have spent quite a bit of time on the new Big Battles. I must say, I really love them! I've tried them on three different classes so far, and much prefer those that can "blast" - particularly Pashraen my Runekeeper on Gilrain. I set up a new Captain also on Laurelin, who purely "big battles" but he is much harder to play them with - partly as he is low level so does not have too many skills yet, but also as I always struggle in the close-up combat with the soldiers killing things before I do. He is far better off doing the menial tasks, like knocking down ladders! I like the new trait trees too.
Pashrid, my Gilrain Warden is working his way through the epic book, and is about level 88 I think from memory. I have to say, Turbine have done a remarkable job yet again with all the stories - the Entwade quests are an absolute heart wrencher!
I have been hard at work writing poems, both for the Vidcast, and for the winners of the Childs Play Walk auctions. I have a great idea for the Christmas edition of the Vidcast if I can pull it off! Time will tell.
Finally, Pashbo Jnr and myself have been doing lots of Dr Who things, which is his favourite thing in the world. We have been working on another new figure adventure "Power of the Cybermen, which you can see below. Don't laugh too much at my Monty Python-esq woman voice!
Anyway, thats all for now! I hope my next entry will not be "slacking part 3"!
